I named this outfit Sugar Plum Fairy because as a former dancer myself and with the holidays just passing I've watched the Nutcracker several times. One of my favorite dances was always the dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy. With my latest obsession with all things plum, I thought the name was only fitting. The Sugar Plum Fairy is queen of all things sweet and that is exactly how I would describe this outfit! As I'm looking for a new job position I have been paying attention to the items I buy. Asking myself, could I wear this to an interview or in a office environment? Most likely I would nix the fur vest for an interview and stick to something sweet and simple; being sure to focus the outfit around my plum skirt. Then, I would add the fairy factor with this fun and playful white fur vest when I'm out for the night. Thus making today's outfit very versatile. Fashionista business by day and hangout with the girl's by night!
